Monthly Fees:  Starting on January 1, 2025 the Monthly Fee will be $445.00. 

 

Mailbox Keys:  New residents may obtain a mailbox number and key from the Liberty Road post office or through our mail carrier.

 

Trash Pickup:  Trash collection day is on Friday and is provided by the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government.  Herbies and Rosies must be stored in the garage.  Place your containers at the curb after 7:00 pm the night before collection and put them away by 7:00 pm on the day of pickup.  The LFUCG sanitation department may be contacted if a homeowner wishes a larger or smaller trash or recycle bin.

Pest Control Schedule:  NEW PEST CONTROL SERVICE The Walnut Hill Club Board of Directors approved a Termite and Pest Control contract with Bee Gone Pest Control to perform exterior Termite and Pest control services. Residents may contact Jeff Cole with Bee Gone Pest Control at 859-749-9391 to schedule up to 2 interior pest services a year at no additional cost.
 

Clubhouse Key Fob:   Clubhouse key fobs are not automatically sent to new homeowners.  If you did not receive the fob issued to the previous owner you can obtain a Sonitrol key fob for entry to the clubhouse by contacting CMA 859-263-8757 or email bwatson@sentrymgt.com.

 

Clubhouse and Pool Usage:  Walnut Hill Club Homeowners, Committees, and Groups may use the Clubhouse/Pool area.
